아메리칸 아이돌의 result show에서는 한 명의 경쟁자가 탈락할 때 마다 그들이 어떠한 여정을 거쳤는지를 보여준다. 원래는 Hollywood's not America가 흐르면서 심금을 울렸는데, American Idol 7의 Final에서는 Ruben Studdard가 다시 부른 Celebrate me home이 나오더라. 이 노래만 나오면 별로 호감을 갖지 않았던 경쟁자가 탈락할 때조차 울컥하였다. 가사도 가사지만 Studdard의 풍부한 목소리가 탈락하는 사람이 내게 어떤 기쁨을 주었는지 추억하게 했고, 한국 땅에 있는 내 그리운 이들을 생각나게 했다.
